The Legacy Traditional Schools primary logo consists of the wordmark and the quill mark.
The registered trademarks and official colors and fonts of the company are graphic elements that support the LEGACY brand. These elements strengthen the ability of the schools to communicate its mission and message, and create a visual relationship between your audience and everything Legacy.
Note: Unless noted otherwise, PDF files are vector CMYK.
A specific minimum amount of clear space should be maintained around the logo at all times (as shown) between the logo and any other elements, including any text, graphic, image, or the edge of a page.
The logo should be reproduced at a reasonable size to maintain legibility and clarity.
The logo may not be altered. The following examples demonstrate logos that are NOT in compliance with the visual identity guide. This applies to all applications, including but not limited to, printed materials, web pages, video production, and merchandise.
Color usage supports and reflects Legacy's direct and plainspoken message. The palette creates a sense of tradition, integrity and patriotism. It serves to keep messaging clear and simple and connected.
The official colors for Legacy Traditional Schools are Pantone® 186 Legacy Red and Pantone® 282 Legacy Navy. Legacy Red is our signature color and should appear as the dominant color in all communications. Formulas for 4-color process, RGB, and hex colors are provided here. Use only these approved formulas for all print and digital applications.
In addition to Legacy Red and Navy, consider black and white as key colors in Legacy's primary color palette. Black type on a white background or knockout type on an image will provide strength and clarity in your messaging. Reducing the reliance on navy and red does not weaken brand recognition. In fact, reserving specific white clear space for the logo and its iconic school colors ensures that it does not have visual competition, and that it will always shine.

The Legacy visual experience is inspired by the spirit of the schools’ students and faculty. We use the power of good photography to engage our audience and share our vision of everything that Legacy is—and can be.
We look for these qualities in our photography:
Authentic: We depict our subjects engaged in real activities, not artificially staged scenes. We do not idealize the school’s experience. Rather, we show the wide range of activities, achievements, and emotions that are part of Legacy.
On Campus: We take advantage of our facilities, inside and outdoors, to capture images that could only originate on our campuses. We also try to capture the diverse demographics represented at each campus. Students should always represent the dress code standards.
Varied: From extreme close-ups to panoramas, we use multiple perspectives to strengthen the appeal of our communications.
